A Team Membership helps coaches across the country while adding credibility to the member program. Team Memberships allow programs to promote their affiliation and commitment to hiring and retaining qualified, professional coaches. Team Membership benefits include:

● Official affiliation with the U.S. PDCA
● Recognition on the PDCA website as a PDCA-Affiliated Team
● 15% discount code for all coaches on your team to register for their own individual PDCA membership
● PDCA Team banner (Year One) to display at your facility
● Annual patch (Years 2+) to update your banner with continued membership

A COMMITMENT TO GROWTH
We ask affiliated teams to:
● Encourage staff to engage in PDCA webinars, symposiums, and training to help maximize their knowledge
● Be open to mentorship, collaboration, and leadership development
● Renew affiliation annually and update coaching staff list as needed
