Positions reporting to PDCA President
- Coordinator: PDCA Fundraising
Develop and manage overarching fundraising initiatives for the PDCA. - Coordinator: Fundraising Strategies for Coaches
Provide tools and strategies to help coaches fundraise for their programs. - Coordinator: PDCA Hall of Fame
Oversee the nomination, selection, and induction process for the Hall of Fame and organize recognition events. - Coordinator: PDCA Awards
Manage the creation, selection, and distribution of awards to recognize contributions and achievements in the diving community. - Coordinator: Member Ethics & Training
Handle ethical issues, promote appropriate ethical practices, and develop guidelines and training for coaches to uphold professional standards.
Positions reporting to VP of Education
- Coordinator: PDCA Video Library
Develop, curate, and expand the PDCA video library to provide educational resources for members. - Standards Coordinator: Coach 5-Level System
Design and oversee the Coach 5-Level System to standardize and elevate coaching practices. - Standards Coordinator: Club 6-Level System
Implement and manage the Club 6-Level System to certify and improve club standards. - Coordinator: Continuing Professional Education Courses (CPE) & Certification Programs
Manage continuing education courses and certification programs to advance professional development. - Coordinator: 12-Course Education System (Fellows Program)
Develop and oversee the Fellows Program to provide advanced training and certification for coaches.

- Coordinator: Merchandise Sales
Manage the development, sales, and distribution of PDCA-branded merchandise to generate revenue and increase visibility.
Positions reporting to VP of Events

Plan and execute social events at competitions to promote PDCA and foster community engagement. - Coordinator: PDCA Symposium
Organize annual in-person and virtual symposiums to educate and connect PDCA members. - Coordinator: PDCA Camps
Plan and manage diving camps across the country, focusing on athlete and coach development. - Coordinator: Competition Skills & Standards
Oversee skills-based and standardized competitions to ensure consistency and support athlete growth.
Positions reporting to VP of Membership
- Coordinator: Diving Coach Recruitment—NCAA
Lead recruitment and engagement efforts for NCAA diving coaches to grow membership. - Coordinator: Diving Coach Recruitment—USA Diving
Recruit and engage USA Diving coaches to connect them with PDCA resources. - Coordinator: Diving Coach Recruitment—AAU
Develop and implement strategies to recruit AAU diving coaches into the PDCA network. - Coordinator: Diving Coach Recruitment—State High School
Manage outreach and recruitment of high school diving coaches at the state level. - Coordinator: Alumni Outreach & Integration
Foster relationships with diving alumni and integrate them into PDCA programs and initiatives. - Coordinator: Meet Banners & Giveaways
Design and distribute banners and giveaways to enhance PDCA visibility and engagement at events.

Manage and grow PDCA’s social media presence across platforms, create engaging content, and promote the organization’s initiatives.
Engage with the diving community online, track metrics, and provide regular updates on social media performance and impact.
