December 26 Arrive in West Virginia

December 27 8:45 Registration & Check-in 9:00 am -12:00 Noon & 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

December 28 9:00 am -12:00 Noon & 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

December 29 9:00 am -12:00 Noon & 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

December 30 9:00 am -12:00 Noon & 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Instruction

Instruction on 1 meter and 3 meter “Voluntaries” and “Optionals” will be provided,

Expressed Individual goals to be discussed and accomplished per diver’s defined goals.

Platform instructional sessions will be offered to all divers from NOVICE to NATIONAL TEAM Skill levels.  This will include “Entries” and “Basics” Platform skills being taught.

Basic trampoline skills and routines will be taught along with “Hurdles” and “Presses”.

Board work and Somersaults techniques will be taught on dry land.

STAN RANDALL WILL BE INSTRUCTING UNDERWATER SKILLS IN THE SHALLOW END OF THE POOL

Food & Housing

Divers will need to provide their own food and hotel.

$715 per diver

$200 per coach

Insurance

AAU youth athlete insurance is required for each diver.

Diver Requirements

Open to boys and girls 9 years old and up with skill level of novice to national team.

Diver Registration

Camp is open to 40 divers only. Divers must be registered with the AAU. Divers must provide their own housing and food during the camp.

Coach Registration

Coaches who would like to participate in the camp. Observe and getting more experience coaching with national and international level coaches.
